Do I Buy Hay Or Silage?

April 10, 20171 commentFeed Central

One of the many advantages of hay is the fact that you’re carting mostly dry matter and therefore dramatically decreasing the cost on a dry matter basis. This is a point that astute buyers catch onto very quickly.

Silage is perfect for on farm use, but for buying and selling we suggest hay.
